Worth knowing before you come in
- Factory reset protection can block a repair, so know your Samsung or Google account password
- Screen parts vary in grade and price between models, and we will tell you which grade your quote covers
- A Fold or Flip is assessed in person rather than quoted blind, because hinge and inner display faults can look similar
- Older Galaxy models are limited by part supply rather than by skill, and we will tell you honestly if that applies to yours
